Sleeve

Loosens superficial connective tissue for improved mobility and breath.

SESSIONS 5-8

Core

Opens, unwinds, and untethers this “organ of support”, helping you find your place in space. Compensation patterns are understood, and a new path is discovered.

SESSIONS 9-12

Integration

Let’s put you back together and help your body learn how to be whole.

KEY THERAPUTIC ELEMENTS INCLUDE…

  • Supporting client embodiment through movement education

  • Using touch to access and differentiate fascial layers

  • Facilitating nervous system regulation through paced intervention

  • Teaching spatial awareness and movement possibilities

  • Integrating emotional and physical experiences as they arise

THE WORK AIMS TO…

Enhance clients' body awareness, movement options, and postural efficiency while respecting their autonomy and personal process. Changes typically manifest as improved ease of movement, reduced pain, better posture, and increased body awareness.

Clients often report benefits beyond physical changes, including emotional release, increased confidence, and enhanced self-awareness. The process supports both structural and functional integration, allowing for more choice in how one lives in and moves through the world.

ScarWork

Besides adhering to surrounding structures, scar tissue also creates a disconnect within the fascial system, which can cause ongoing pain or immobility in areas seemingly unrelated to the scar.

This work is gentle yet highly effective on any scars, no matter how old they are. It helps to organize the tissues and promotes the flow of new nutrients into the area through increased circulation and lymphatic activity. A "pulling" sensation is often released, and many times the appearance of the scar is improved. This work can be incorporated into Structural Integration sessions. It is also offered as a stand-alone service for people experiencing significant scars, focusing on working from the scar out as opposed to along the myofascial meridians.

Advanced Structural Sessions

ADVANCED MINI SERIES

A suggested focused 5-6 session journey designed to optimize your body mechanics for daily life and work demands. This word combines advanced hands-on Structural Integration, Neuromuscular release work, and personalized movement education, creating lasting solutions for chronic patterns.

Each 75-minute session weaves together table work and guided movement exploration, with custom video tutorials to support your practice at home. Meeting weekly, we'll develop routines that enhance your body's resilience and adaptability while addressing specific workplace challenges

Visionary Cranial Sacral therapy session

Visionary Cranial Sacral (in training)

Visionary Cranial Sacral work invites you into the subtle realms of your body's wisdom, where deep healing and transformation naturally emerge. Through gentle, precise touch that follows your system's inherent rhythms, we create a sacred space for your nervous system to release long-held patterns and access states of profound restoration.

This intuitive approach combines traditional craniosacral techniques with expanded awareness of the body's energy systems, allowing for releases that extend beyond physical tension into emotional and spiritual dimensions. As your system reorganizes into greater coherence, you may experience enhanced clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions, and I’ve got the answers

  • Welcome to your session of healing and transformation. We'll begin by creating a space for you to share your story and discuss what brings you here today. This initial conversation helps shape our approach and ensures we address your specific needs.

Our work starts with focused assessments and breathing observations that illuminate the path forward. Think of our session as a well-choreographed sequence - we'll move systematically between releasing tension, evaluating progress, and integrating changes through purposeful movement.

Throughout our time together, we'll respect your body's inherent wisdom, releasing layers of tension one breath at a time. This methodical approach ensures lasting transformation rather than temporary relief.

Each session concludes with dedicated time for grounding and nervous system regulation. We'll create space for integration, allowing your body to settle into its renewed state of balance. This final phase helps anchor our work, supporting lasting results that continue to develop after our session ends.

  • Structural Integration is done in minimal clothing. All clients receiving Structural Integration should wear either full coverage underwear or loose, soft shorts like a running or pajama short. Clients with breasts should wear a nonrestrictive bra or camisole-type tank top. You will need to stand up and move periodically throughout the session, so feeling comfortable is important. However, we also want as much access to the skin as possible to reach the areas that need work and be able to clearly see how the body is moving.

ScarWork can be done draped under a sheet like a traditional massage, or if your scar is easily accessible, you may leave clothes on.

  • We use therapeutic modalities to help clients achieve optimal movement and function:

Structural Integration (Rolfing) systematically releases fascial restrictions through hands-on manipulation combined with guided movement. By working with tension patterns while having clients move specific ways, this approach allows the body's natural healing mechanisms to restore proper structural alignment.

Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) uses precise muscle testing to identify and correct dysfunctional movement patterns at their neurological source. This helps reprogram compensatory patterns and reactivate inhibited muscles.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) taps into developmental movement patterns we naturally acquired as infants. By reestablishing these foundational movement and breathing patterns, we can often resolve persistent structural issues in adults.

Visionary Craniosacral Work, developed by Hugh Milne, combines traditional craniosacral techniques with intuitive awareness and precise attention to the body's subtle rhythms. This gentle approach helps release deep-seated tensions and trauma patterns stored in the nervous system.

ScarWork, as pioneered by Sharon Wheeler, addresses adhesions and restrictions through specialized techniques that reorganize scar tissue at multiple layers. This approach helps restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve the appearance of both surgical and trauma-induced scars.
